Heather Kulik

Heather J. Kulik is an associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Departments. Her research focuses on using computational chemistry and machine learning to discover new mechanisms in catalysis and materials featuring open-shell transition metals. As a senior fellow at the Collegium, Heather explored the importance of interactions between experts and AI in machine-learning accelerated discovery workflows.
