Cari Dutcher’s research interests are in complex fluids and multiphase flows, including aerosols, emulsions, and foams. As a senior fellow at the Collegium, Cari examined fundamental materials properties of soft multiphase systems and explored new sustainable formulations for use across a range of application areas.
