
Andrea Truttmann (MAS ZHdK), since 2008 operational responsibility for (HR/Finance/Administration) at Collegium Helveticum Zurich.
Her career spans over 10 years of professional experience in financial (UBS/Goldman Sachs) and public cultural services (Museum for Applied Arts Zurich) – including professional practise in project management, business analysis and operational management with profit & loss responsibility. Various curatorial projects and sales specials at the Museum for Applied Arts Zurich (1991–2000), co-founder of the Museum’s design shop (together with Alfredo Häberli/Martin Heller).
Post-graduate at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Zurich (ZHdK 2004-2006) with a Master of Advanced Studies in Cultural/Gender Studies; various seminar papers, realization of multimedia installations in the scientific field of Cultural Analysis with a special emphasis on (inter-)cultural and media practices. Organization of public symposia; exhibitor at the Museum for Applied Arts in Zurich (2007/2008). Diploma of Advanced Studies in Leadership and Management at Zurich University of Applied Sciences/School of Applied Psychology (HAP/IAP 1996-1998), thesis in the field of Change Management. Graduate of Kantonsmittelschule St. Gallen, Dipl. Commerce (1984).
Foreign stage in San Francisco (catering coordinator) and New York, Geneva (Investment Bank).
Winner of the first Gender Development prize of Zurich University of Applied Sciences (2006) for her master thesis and multimedia installation «DIVERSOMAT»/«Diversity Management».
Enjoys to cook and entertain; creates scenographic spaces together with her partner and attends two gardens: one with and one without vegetables.
